Apparently I haven’t posted this on tumblr. Here’s my original wrap around cover for Aqua Leung, published by Image in 08.

Unfortunately, and not for lack of trying on my part, Aqua Leung has never had a digital release. You can still grab a copy if you have a cool comic shop or you can snag a copy off amazon.

Now that I think about it, some really amazing artists contributed art to my first book.

Michael Deforge James Kochalka, Guy Davis, Jim Mahfood, Mike Huddleston, Scott Morse, Jeffrey Brown..

It was lettered by my favorite design guy and often collaborator, Fonografiks. He’s working on Saga now, even though I want to steal him for my new series, Reign.

I crashed the Rogues Gallery signing yesterday with Kazu, Chris, Chad and Evan.

I hung out and drew free sketches all day. Here’s some that I liked, but unfortunately the Adventure Time sketch didn’t save.

It was the best of the bunch.

Aqua Leung commission I did a little while back. 

I was signing at New England Comics and someone jokingly asked me to sketch Aqua Leung hitting his friend in the face with a squid.

They didn’t think I would actually do it.

Not my own art. Stan Sakai of Usagi Yojimbo fame drew my character Aqua Leung for me. It’s my single favorite con sketch. Usagi is the only series I’ve followed my entire life.

Program art and donation for Heroes con in Charlotte. No idea what it sold for at auction, but I did watercolor it before I handed it off.
